Ongoing problems with wrongful convictions, incarceration; MDOC and CMCF, a joke? Steven Hayne, MD? Governor Barbour, is he accountable to the citizens of this State? If so, in what capacity?

You might ask me why I'm doing this?

Well, I can answer that in a very short sentence. Because it is the right thing to do. Wouldn't you want some help if you were in this situation? Wouldn't I? Of course we would! So, I'm doing it because it's the right thing!

Keep reading; follow along; give me your feedback, even if you don't agree; but take a stand! That's what's important here! Take a look at this article in Reason Magazine by Radley Balko; google this "doctor" and see what you find out!

Chester Weger: Illinois: Starved Rock murders: Major (Unwelcome) Development: (False confession; alternative suspects case): 'Patch' (Reporter Shannon Antinori) reports reports the his conviction on the Starved Rock murders has been upheld 65 years after the triple slaying, noting that: "After a direct appeal and several post-conviction petitions were denied, Weger filed a final motion for leave to file a post-conviction petition, which was granted, Glasgow said. During a two-week hearing between May 12 and 25, Weger's defense argued that his confession was false and had been coerced by police in 1960. They also presented witnesses, including forensic experts who testified that a single hair, found on a glove Frances Murphy was wearing, did not belong to Weger. According to WSPY News, genealogical DNA found the hair belonged to one of four brothers from a family that lived near Starved Rock State Park."
